As I always say, it’s a soccer game and we play it as a team. As we can relate to our own journey in Australia of how we crossed all the hurdles and achieved our dream of first Home. Do we charge fees?

NO, our services are available at no charge to our clients for home loans and investment loans. Not even a $1. We get paid by the banks, as a commission. Now there is mis-conception that banks charge clients extra to compensate for our commission. Its same or even cheaper for banks to pay us commission than a Bank employee. As they pay Salary, Superannuation and leaves to employees. Whether the Loan get approved or declined, the employee still gets paid; us brokers dont!

Whereas we Mortgage Brokers work for you and get paid after the settlement. So, we actually work for you to work for us to get paid. We make sure your application gets across the line by following all the banks policies and procedures in place and keeping our client’s interest at the CENTRE of FOCUS.
